Amy Austin-Radach is the founder and clinical director of Spark Behavioral Associates. Amy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and WA state Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). She started her career more than 15 years ago as a special education teacher, working in both junior high and elementary schools. After many years in the classroom Amy decided to pursue her goal of becoming a behavior analyst. In 2012 she completed her Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of WA.
Amy has worked tirelessly to positively influence kids’ lives. She has worked with area school districts in a consultative role to establish positive behavior supports for kids who need additional behavior support; provided ABA services to people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and mentored masters students completing their coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis.
When Amy is not working, she enjoys being a mom of two, cooking, playing board games and listening to live music
